Reading the text content of this page means that you have read and agree to the terms of use of the site hassinstall.top, and is a confirmation of acceptance of the offer. Acquaintance with this page, as well as using the hassinstall.top site in any form is your unconditional agreement with all the conditions specified in this public offer, and is tantamount to signing an agreement by both parties. This public offer is binding on the parties. If you do not agree with the terms of this public offer, you must immediately leave the site hassinstall.top.

The hassinstall.top website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) sells, and the buyer buys the Hone Assistant Supervised smart home control system installation service.

Description of the Hone Assistant smart home control system can be found at home-assistant.io.

All settlements between the parties are carried out through the payment gateway by the method chosen by the Buyer. The fact of payment and a link to the installation script is sent by e-mail to the address specified by the Buyer.

The Buyer can use the installation script 3 times during one day. After the expiration of this period or for more installations, you must purchase the installation service again with the discounts offered.

The author of the script guarantees the support of the Buyers during the installation process. To contact support, you must use Telegram.

The service warranty is for the installation service only. The site is not responsible for the inoperability of the Home Assistant smart home control system due to further incorrect configuration by the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to return the goods within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that it is impossible to install the Hone Assistant smart home control system on the Buyer's equipment. To make a return, you must send an email to: [email protected]. In the letter, specify the order number and contact details of the Buyer, hardware and software configuration.

To make a purchase, the Buyer provides the Site with the following personal data: e-mail. The Site undertakes to ensure the storage of these data in accordance with applicable law.

In case of any disagreement, the pre-trial procedure for resolving disputes is mandatory. Claims must be sent to: [email protected]. The site is obliged to consider it and give a response within two working days from the date of receipt.

If it was not possible to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with applicable law.

The offer may be changed by the Site at any time. Changes are effective from the moment they are posted on the hassinstall.top website.

The parties are completely released from fulfilling their obligations under this agreement in the event of force majeure circumstances. These include earthquakes, floods, fires, hostilities and others. The other party must be immediately notified of the occurrence of such circumstances by e-mail specified in the details of the Site or the personal data of the Buyer.
